*This role is required to sit onsite at the plant in Massillon, OH and site visits to local Warehouse*

You will be working onsite at our Massillon, Ohio manufacturing plant and warehouse. The successful candidate will support these 2 locations for high volume recruiting of our non exempt workforce. This position requires an experienced full-cycle recruiter who understands how to independently source quickly and creatively for high volume, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. You are highly responsive to our candidates as well as our hiring managers, your business partners and internal customers. You are incredibly skilled at sourcing top-notch candidates in a variety of functions. We have an incredible product offering and exceptional employees - you will be one of the key players in continuing our pattern of success by finding and hiring the best talent.

What you bring to the party:

  • Recruit for high volume skilled roles (Snack Food Processors, Package Machine Operators, Sanitation techs, Quality techs) as well as very high volume entry level box packer roles
  • Proven track record of creating and executing sourcing strategies to attract talent and proactively knowing what the hiring needs of your site are and will be during peak season.
  • Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience, including some new hire onboarding tasks to complete prior to orientation
  • The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize the needs of multiple locations.
  • Savvy with the latest tech and tools 
  • Data driven - track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
  • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with candidates and business partners, and confidentiality at all times
  • Service level - insist on the highest standards while building respected business partnerships


  • Minimum 3 years of high volume recruiting experience, food manufacturing preferred
  • Bilingual, proficient in English and Spanish plus
  • SME with the landscape – knows the market and competition
  • Previous lead recruiter responsibilities with multiple site scope and scale preferred
  • Expertise in working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
