Shepard Painting Solutions is a 5-star, full-service, interior and exterior architectural coatings company. We paint houses, and we do it with extensive product knowledge and a perfectionistic eye for detail. We have over 17 years of professional experience and have been proudly serving northeastern Ohio and Stark County for the past 8 years. We tackle jobs like deck staining, pressure washing, interior and exterior painting, and more.  

I am looking to hire individuals with an eager and positive attitude towards learning this amazing skill trade. Although having painting experience is certainly a plus, it’s not my top priority. I will teach you what you need to know to do things the Shepard Painting Solutions way — as well as why we do things the way we do. So, while experience is welcome, I would rather hire someone who is honest and has the right attitude and a willingness to learn than someone who claims to have “20 years experience” with a bunch of bad habits, corner-cutting tendencies, and an unwillingness to do things differently.

No experience? No problem. I don’t just ask my employees to invest in me, I invest in them as well. As the owner/operator of Shepard Painting Solutions, I will personally train you and equip you with the skills needed to become a master painter.
