What are the calls about?

Inbound customer service calls assisting customers with different products. As a customer service agent you would assist those answering questions on shipment of their products and help them with any online issues that they are having.

What are the shifts?

We have flexible daytime and evening shift options including weekends. Training is 1-3 weeks long 9am-5pm with mandatory attendance.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU IS VERY SIMPLE!

High school diploma or GED

Must attend a mandatory training

1 year of previous call center experience

Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems

6 months of previous work at home experience

1 year previous sales experience or customer service experience

Highly self-confident
