In this role, you will be impacting multiple functions of our company.

Starting Wage: Contingent upon experience

Job Duties:

Interact with customers over the phone

Write up sales orders

Assisting with validation of sales orders

Assisting with order entry, receiving inventory, and tracking inventory in accounting system

Assisting with collecting Account Receivables and inputting Account Payables

File documents as needed

Handling other miscellaneous clerical duties as required

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma; however, Associated degree preferred

Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, computer, and communication skills required

Must be dependable and detail oriented with a good work ethic

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-pace environment

Keeping an organized work place is a must

Team player

Willingness to learn and accept new challenges

Professional attitude and conduct

Previous office and/or customer service experience is a plus

Possible travel in future
