Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a professional nurse, render nursing care to residents, observe and report symptoms and conditions, take and accurately record temperature, respiration, pulse, blood pressure, administer medications and record reactions, maintain records reflecting the residents conditions. Assist with feeding residents, assist in improving the welfare of the residents.
Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) Requirements:
Current license with Ohio Board of Nursing, CPR Certified.
