Job Description

• Glenmoor Country Club is restructuring and seeking mature morning and night line cooks.
• Experience with broiler and sautee' a plus.
• A clean work area and prepping for next shift is mandatory.
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner,
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Must be a team player, organized, detailed and respect co-workers.

Required

• Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience
• Background check

Schedule

• 8 hour shift, Weekends, Holidays
