Join us, as an Loan Servicing Representative and begin your journey into a rewarding and successful career with Gateway Financial Solutions. The Loan Servicing Representative is a dynamic position, working closely with borrowers to guide them through the life of their loan. As a Loan Servicing Representative, it’s your responsibility to ensure your clients are on the right path in their lending journey. If you are passionate about helping people, and have excellent communication skills, this is the position for you.

You can expect to do the following on a day to day basis:

• Identify and set daily goals to achieve both weekly and monthly portfolio expectations
• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to communicate with borrowers in regards to late or past-due accounts
• Problem solve with past-due customers to bring accounts current through payment negotiations

• Superior math, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high pressure situations
• Microsoft Office knowledge and computer proficiency
• Associate’s degree, or relevant work experience
