Atrium OB Gyn, Inc. is looking for a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Job Description: Interviews patient about current problems, medications, and allergies. Reviews electronic medical record for pertinent previous information. Assist providers with visits/procedures as needed. Obtains and documents patients vital signs. Performs routine injections. Handles and labels specimens with accuracy. Maintains adequate inventory of examination room supplies and prepares exam rooms at the beginning and end of day and between each patient contact.

Education: Graduate of accredited school of licensed practical nursing. Current Ohio practical nurse license.

Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years office based LPN experience required, OB Gyn experience preferred, knowledge of HIPAA required, Electronic Health Records experience required, ability to multi-task, stay positive, be outgoing and have a professional attitude.
