The role of the LPN Charge Nurse is to provide basic nursing care to fulfill the needs of each of our residents while providing medications (as directed by primary physician), treatments, and assisting with any activities of daily living.

 

The position requires daily assessments of residents and documenting in Point Click Care system.  Supervise and mentor nursing assistants (RCA, CNA, STNA) and students.
