Christian Children's Home of Ohio is seeking a full-time LPN-Pharmacological Nurse (LPN required) to act as a liaison for our Children's Residential Center (CRC), Encompass Counseling, and Encourage Foster Care with Psychiatrist to ensure medication management.

Pharmacological Nurse to provide pharmacological management of client information, prescriptions, and medication management according to CCHO policy, procedure and expectations.  Work with their area physicians to oversee the medical appointments and medical care of the clients in residential care.  Work in conjunction with the Placement Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition into CRC program regarding medication management and needed medical follow up. This may be through direct care, CPST activities, group or individually. Nurse will also be responsible to train assigned staff on medication management according to CCHO policy and procedure.

Schedule may vary, and may include some evenings and weekend hours.
