Stable, supportive, and growing manufacturing company is looking for a uniquely qualified and motivated individual who has a passion for driving improvement in a machining environment.  Applicant must have a diverse machining background with extensive experience in manual and CNC machining, small and large parts, with a heavy emphasis on job shop and small lot production. An ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in CNC programming, tool selection, set-up reduction, and unattended machining.

Must have a proven track record of leading machine shop productivity improvement efforts. A sound approach to problem solving with the ability to promote a culture of innovation and productivity is required. We are looking for someone capable of driving ideas to solutions.

We have a large group of experienced machinists, and long-tenured supervisors. We are seeking a dedicated person with the ability to train and mentor apprentice level machinists while also being able to motivate and implement change when dealing with the more experienced personnel in the machine shop. This is a demanding fast paced work environment that offers plenty of opportunity for personal challenge and professional growth.
