Description
The Inn at Belden Village, an award winning senior assisted living community located at 3927 38th street in Canton Ohio; is seeking an energetic, compassionate, physically fit, and experienced individual to serve as of Maintenance Assistant in their Christian environment.

The Maintenance Assistant works part time (25 hours on average weekly) and will perform general maintenance tasks under the direction of the maintenance Director while maintaining the rights of residents as set for by the ODH laws and regulations. This would be an excellent job for a physically fit retiree with building maintenance or construction experience.
Job requires 4-5 hour days and 1 evening shift 6 PM - 11 PM weekly for carpet cleaning.
Full-time hours would be occasionally required when necessary, to fill in while the Maintenance Director is on vacation.
