Successful Management Company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefit eligibility.

The successful candidate will have 2 or more years of hands on experience in carpentry, dry wall/plaster, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and apartment preparation.

Must Possess:

Strong customer service skills along with being trustworthy, able to work with vendors, maintain inventory, strong work ethic and meet deadlines;
Position requires some on call responsibilities along with occasional required overtime;
Ability to positively interact with a wide range of people;
Must have reliable transportation.
