St Joseph Senior Living is accepting applications for a team member to join our Maintenance Department.

The position is Part Time with Benefits and is a 4 day/week schedule with variable shifts.

2:30 pm - 11:00 pm (2 days) and 11:00 pm - 7:30 am (2 days) with every other weekend off would be the normal schedule.

Other additional shifts are available to cover for call off's and department vacations.

The ideal candidate(s) would have the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Working knowledge of maintenance and repair

Ability to use small tools, hand tools and power tools

Good teamwork and communications skills are REQUIRED

Ability to work independently

Ability to read, write and use technology platform (TELS Work Order System)

 

Position Duties include, but are not limited to:

Floor care, as necessary

Trash removal

Painting and prep work

Security rounds

Maintenance and repair

Other duties, as assigned

Ability to lift 75 lbs. plus on an ongoing basis, ability to stand without assistance, ability to lift and move furniture, as required
