Successful Management Company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification. This is a full time position with competitive pay and benefit eligibility.

The successful candidate will have 2 or more years of hands on experience in HVAC, carpentry, dry-wall/plaster, plumbing, electrical, painting and apartment preparation.

Must Possess:

Strong customer service skills along with being trustworthy, able to work professionally with vendors, maintain inventory, strong work ethic.

Able to meet vacant apartment turn deadlines successfully as well as maintain maintenance time standards.

Complete vacant apartment apartment painting on a regular basis with a 5-7 day turn time.

Janitorial duties and curb appeal requirements.

Position requires rotating on-call responsibilities (every other week) along with occasional, required overtime.

Ability to function independently as well as part of a team.

Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned buy the Property Manager.

Must have reliable transportation, valid license and insurance.
