Prior design experience is necessary with the ability to produce production ready tooling, fixture, and gauge drawings. An ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in CNC programming, tool selection, set-up reduction, and unattended machining.

Must have a proven track record of leading machine shop productivity improvement efforts and must understand the unique challenges found in a job shop or small lot production environment. A sound approach to problem solving with the ability to promote a culture of innovation and productivity is required. Prior experience in implementing and sustaining workplace organization/5S is highly desired. We are looking for someone capable of driving ideas to solutions.
