Position Summary

The MDM Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the accuracy of the customer data along with driver pay data within the KAG systems. This position works with the business to ensure data quality, compliance, and operating procedures are followed. In this role, the MDM Specialist is tasked with maintaining and communicating all customer data related changes to both internal and external customers.

Essential Functions

• Maintain effective and supportive communication with internal and external customers.
• Execute changes to master data (e.g. customer information, billing rates, pay rates) as approved by the business.
• Work with both internal and external customers to resolve master data issues related to both billing and pay tariffs.
• Executes customer increases and maintains expiration dates within the KAG rating system along with notifying proper groups of any changes.
• Key role in implementing and maintaining new and existing customer data developed by the business into the KAG Rating System.
• Collaborates with necessary parties to ensure proper execution of the customer agreements.
• Supports audit controls within the data process that comply with the KAG Audit requirements.
• Maintain, update and report fuel surcharge information, including fuel price, that is being used by various groups and programs.
• Provides the Fuel Surcharge notifications that are sent to and from external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2 years of pricing experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong mathematical skills
