A fast paced Canton behavioral health facility is seeking a Staff Support Assistant.

Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting individuals as they come into the agency, checking in visitors and clients as they arrive, answering phones/ directing calls to the appropriate person, Notifying clerical staff of the arrival of their next appointment, being able to identify any paperwork the client needs to fill out and having them complete the paperwork, making copies of any insurance cards and ask if any changes, collect copays, make reminder calls for next day appointments, schedule next appointments for psychiatrist or other staff members, obtain information for initial diagnostic testing, typing memos and correspondence, ensuring that all forms are available and making copies of forms if needed, understanding of HIPPA, Ability to pass annual competency tests, and have the ability to lift 30 lbs.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 430 pm or possible 10 am to 8 pm Monday through Thursday

Attire: Scrubs

Pay: $12.50 an hour
