Ameridial   Canton call center is seeking enthusiastic and upbeat customer service representatives to join our  healthcare member services team.

This full time position  requires you be able to work on site at our office  located at 4877 Higbee Ave NW Canton, OH 44718. Work At Home opportunities are available once in office work is completed 

Bilingual Spanish speaking positions are available in this department with additional compensation

Essential Responsibilities- you will take inbound customer service calls from current health plan members. You will answer questions about their benefits, claims, and eligibility 

  • Acts as customer advocate in providing assistance to resolve callers' issues and problems.
  • Researches and analyzes recurring billing and eligibility problems/complaints to determine root causes and trends.
  • Provides instruction to members for submitting out-of-plan medical claims.
  • Follows through with callers when inquiries/issues cannot be resolved on first contact.


  • At least 2 year’s of previous customer service experience, highly desired in a medical environment
  • 1 year of previous call center experience in a high volume call center is required
  • 6 months of previous work at home experience - you must have this to be considered for work at home opportunities in the future 
  • 1 year of previous outbound call experience - this can be from cold calling or fundraising 


  • Excellent organization and Time Management skills
  • Previous knowledge of Medicare  is a plus
  • Establishes rapport with callers quickly & speaks in a manner that gets others energized
  • Identifies underlying issues among complex situations or problems.
  • Must have proven ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Demonstrates urgency to get things done
  • Excellent telephone manner; ability to handle high volume of calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Previous system experience with Avaya, CRM, and other telephone systems
  • Strong PC skills required with the ability to navigate multiple screens and utilize multiple programs
