We are looking for a  RN Case Manager to join our staff.  We are in need of a nurse who can perform both intermittent skilled visits as well as supervisory visits. Experience in Home Health Care is preferable. Must have a valid Ohio nursing license, valid driver license, be able to pass a criminal background check and a urine drug screen.
