Training for this exciting opportunity will begin October 19th!

We are looking for experienced agents to join our growing team of representatives, taking inbound calls for one of the nation’s largest nutritional supplement companies. You will handle inbound calls for established customers assisting with ordering products.

Keeping your health as our primary focus in our office we will offer temperature taking, hand sanitizing stations and face masks while adhering to all social distancing guidelines.

Maintain perfect attendance during training to enter a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card the first week and a $25 gift card the 2nd and 3rd week!

Requirements:

• Exceptional computer skills proficient in navigating multiple systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of solid sales or customer service in a call center environment

• Ability to build rapport with customers and make them feel comfortable during the ordering process
• Results driven and goal oriented
• Excellent problem solving skills to quickly resolve customer issues
• Provide thorough explanation of products
