Heritage Services Group is seeking an Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our expanding staff. We are a local, growing company with headquarters in Stark County that owns and operates funeral home and cremation facilities serving northeast Ohio families. We are looking for a motivated individual who is up to the challenge of working in a unique, fulfilling and demanding environment.
The successful candidate will perform clerical and administrative functions in support of our professional and coordinator staff. They must have excellent computer skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, strong writing skills, and the ability to work well with our staff and the families we serve.
Responsibilities include managing office workflow, scheduling and coordination of daily activities, assisting with daily tasks and organizing mail, and other duties.
Successful applicant must have a clean driving record, no criminal record and a valid Ohio Driver’s License.
