Description

Office Assistant – Full Time (Seasonal March to November)

M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm

 

Duties:

Receiving phone calls (involves sales & scheduling)

Service completed work orders/collect payments or produce billing statement

Print & Distribute daily work from technicians

Monitor and account for all scheduled jobs

Monitor EXCEL spreadsheets to track completed work

Store sales & Inventory

Process & post credit card transactions

Monitor credit card balances and receipts

Monitor & send email correspondence

 

Must be proficient in EXCEL

Must be dependable

Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced/high call volume environment

 

Possible layoff or part-time hours during off season (December thru February)

 

$12.00/hr to start – may increase depending on ability & experience
