Accurate Door Systems, Inc., the leader in door installation and service seeks part time office person.

Hours required: 12:00pm to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Every third Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm.

The successful applicant will have a pleasant outgoing personality, be highly motivated and be comfortable working with others as well as alone.

The successful applicant will possess outstanding computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel and Quick books. Also have general accounting/book keeping knowledge.

Must be a non-smoker!

Duties include but are not limited to: Updating social media accounts and website. Interacting with customers and technicians. Scheduling service and installation jobs. Input customer data into computer system. Process and post daily invoices and calculate bank deposits.
