We pay a salary with bonuses plus commissions for the life of any account you bring in! We also have a car allowance and competitive medical benefits including an investment/retirement account with a company match. First year earning potential can easily range from $55,000 to $75,000. An ideal candidate will have a desire to help others achieve their goals, a willingness to learn and grow, have previous customer service and/or sales experience, creativity, and strong communication skills. It is very helpful as well if the candidate has general business knowledge and is handy on a computer, including the ability to put together very basic spreadsheets, tweak existing sales documents and on occasion, create a customer presentation. We provide full training and offer the support of a strong team with decades of experience.

Duties include prospecting new opportunities, performing the necessary activities to get appointments scheduled, meeting prospects face-to-face in order to discover their needs, and offering solutions to solve their specific problems, particularly related to staffing. You are then responsible for introducing these new clients to your team who fulfill the customer's day-to-day needs and further develop these relationships to grow the business year over year.
