ParaProfessional: Specialized Program

The Golden Key for Exceptional Children, Inc. (Canton, Ohio) is looking to fill a full time opening for a Paraprofessional  Aide in the Intervention Program.    

The Paraprofessional position is as an educational assistant for a student with Autism in a private school located in New Philadelphia in Tuscarawas county. This position is guided and overseen by an Intervention Specialist and requires assisting the student with classroom needs, providing individualized tutoring under guide of specialist in completion of Individualized Education Plan and monitor needs functional living needs. The position is based upon the private school calendar, with compensation through the typical school holidays. 

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher learning OR have completed at least two years of study (defined as 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours) at an accredited institution of higher learning (official transcripts in PDF format are required to apply). 
•  Submit BCI/FBI background checks with approval status
