Dishes By Design Catering, in Canton, is looking for candidates to fill our part-time serving positions. 

Our ideal candidates would possess the following personal characteristics 

*Be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.

*Possess a pleasant personality and be team-oriented.

*Possess a clean and professional appearance and demeanor on events.

*Be able to take direction from leadership and retain information pertinent to job responsibilities.

*Be able to take constructive criticism and apply it to achieve our quality and standards.

Our ideal candidate would possess the following abilities 

*Must be able to work event based hours on weekend evenings. The usual server schedule consists of  5-8 hour shifts on Friday, Saturday or Sunday late afternoon/evening.

*Experience serving would be a plus but not necessary, we will train the right individuals.

*Possess a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits

*$12 per hour plus tips
