Description
OMNI Orthopaedics is seeking to add a Patient Account Specialist to their Billing department.
OMNI Orthopaedic’s Patient Accounts specialist position provides Patient/Physician/Staff support in all aspects of personal account balances while providing excellent customer service in a fast pass work environment.
Essential Functions:
- Review personal balance accounts
- Set and manage budget agreements
- Manage self pay accounts
- Assist Insurance Specialist as needed
Qualifications:
- One year of Medical Office Billing experience preferred
