The Team Coordinator administers daily activity for the PHX Select National Emergency Mitigation & Repair Program. A Team Coordinator will need to have functional knowledge of production job management, restoration processes, accounting, and customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
Respond and dispatch our national contractors to all mitigation and repair related jobs. For mitigation, this may include after-hour calls.
Input jobs into the PHX job management software and monitor its accuracy to ensure there is no documentation missed that is required either by our clients or insurance carrier.
Manage Job Management Reports related to mitigation and repair jobs daily.
Track production dates and follow up with Contractor's leadership team and their project managers.
Participate in the first level of customer relations
Manage and document Accounts Receivables
Customer Service and liaison; Creating Cheerleader Customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Exchange)
Excellent English, written and verbal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to take Initiative
Desire to be a Team player
