OMNI Orthopaedic’s Precertification Specialist position provides Physician, Team and Patient support in all aspects of obtaining insurance precertifications while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Functions

1. Maintains prompt and regular attendance
2. Communicate effectively with Physicians and staff
3. Invaluable customer service skills
4. Administrative duties
   1. Obtain precertification for:
      1. Surgical procedures
      2. MRI
      3. Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
      4. Pain procedures

This is a full-time position. Core days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

6-12 months in a medical office
