Operate and set up small high speed presses.  Press Operator will have the ability to perform any and all production activities, and assist Lead Press Operator with maintenance programs and perform preventative maintenance programs on all production equipment.  Position will also assist in maintaining safety and quality standards within the department.

This position reports to the Lead Press Operator.

REQUIREMENTS

*Position will require a thorough understanding of production operations including production capabilities and requirements

*Maintain equipment to meet daily production requirements and shipping deadlines

*Conduct preventative maintenance programs for equipment and material handling equipment

*Maintain quality standards and control program at each stage of production operation.

*Maintain all safety standards

Good mechanical skills and experience required.  Must be able to work in team environment.  Excellent working conditions, paid holidays, bonus program, and a four-day 40 hour work week.  Rapid advancement potential.
