Job Title: Production Assistant Department-Production Level/Salary Range: $10.00/hour to start

This is a food manufacturing setting and employees are on their feet for 8+ hours. It is a fast-paced repetitive work environment. Counting and simple math skills are required. Similar experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred. All employees are required to maintain neat and sanitary workspaces. All employees are also required to take part in our preventative controls/ food safety program which involves daily sanitation of buildings, grounds, and equipment. 

Line Worker/Donut Finisher -Donut Production

Shift start time- between 5:00 am and 8:00 am. Shifts are scheduled for 8 hours in length with a 30 min lunch break. 

Responsibilities- assisting in prep work for mixing, cutting,  and portioning dough and donuts. After further automated processing donuts will need caught, sorted, and labeled for the finishing steps to take place. The finishing steps include the filling of individual donuts and appropriately icing donuts. May need to assist in packing and distribution before ending shift.

Product Staging/Packing & Distribution

Shift start time- between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. Shifts are scheduled for 8 hours in length with a 30 min lunch break. 

Responsibilities- properly reading rack tags and preparing products for distribution. This involves handling the finished product with care and learning where items are to be placed for packing set up. After all, products are staged and ready it is time to start packing customer orders. This involves accurately reading picking slips and gathering product to build specific customer orders.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative   Department-Delivery Level/Salary Range:12.00/hour to start 

Role and Responsibilities- Current delivery hours are early AM throughout the day (each route varies on time of departure)

• Deliver nesting trays with baskets or trays of donuts inside the customer location
• Verify any unsold product from previous delivery for customer credit – dispose of the old product
• Verify new delivery is correct and place baskets or trays in customer case where required
• Return empty nests, trays, and baskets to the delivery van and repeat same procedure at every stop

Qualifications 

Must have a reasonably clean driving record and be insurable by our insurance carrier

Prefer age of 23 or older for insurability (but 21 or older may be insurable if BMV record is clean)

Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Must be able to lift 50# - dollies are available for driver use so all product can be wheeled into customer

Some bending and twisting will be necessary as well as working above shoulder height

No CDL is required and no specific education is required – training is provided

Preferred Skills

Previous delivery experience would be helpful but not required

Job Title:   Retail Associate          

Level/Salary Range:        $8.70-10.00         Position Type:   Customer Service

• Fulfilling customer orders by properly bagging and boxing donuts
• Understand and Operate POS systems and credit card machines, reconciling cash drawers
• Learning how to operate espresso machines and commercial coffee equipment
• Memorizing hot and cold drink recipes
• Completing daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience with similar food service is preferred but not required

Food Service certification will help with placement

3:30am- 5:00pm
