Production Manager/Installer

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Production Manager is responsible for all aspects of the physical construction of signs in a
one-person production shop. The manager is responsible for running and maintaining the production
equipment:
● roll to roll latex printer
● flatbed printer
● Laminator
● panel saw
and also assembling signs and graphics using the output from the printers. Sign assembly includes preparing substrates, applying vinyl or digital prints, laminating and on-site installation. Installation includes applying vinyl to window and wall surfaces plus fastening solid signs to buildings and posts. The manager must also proofread signs and conduct quality assurance to ensure the efficient production of high quality, accurate signs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
● Attention to detail is critical!
● Must be able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
● Has to possess valid driver’s license
● Physical requirements - able to lift 50 lbs and operate on a 15’ ladder.
● Familiarity with hand tools

Compensation: $15-17/hr (depending on experience)
1 week vacation to start
