In business for 45 years, Kovatch Castings is a manufacturer of precision investment castings produced to meet aerospace, military, defense, and commercial customer needs.   Weekend 1st and weekday 3rd shift positions are available.  Weekend shifts work 36 hours (3-12 hour shifts), and are paid for 40.

Starting rates range from $13.00-$15.00 per hour, shift differential paid for 3rd shift.  STAY BONUS for new employees!  Potential for pay increases three times per year.  We offer an excellent working environment with benefits including:  benefit eligibility after 30 days from hire for medical, dental, vision, life insurance.  Other benefits include disability insurance, vacation, PTO hours, 401K retirement savings plan with match, ESOP—employee stock ownership.
