In business for 45 years, Kovatch Castings is a manufacturer of precision investment metal castings produced to meet aerospace, military, defense, and commercial customer needs.   We are bouncing back after last year-- increased sales have led to positions available on all shifts!  EXPERIENCE NOT NEEDED - WE WILL TRAIN.

Starting pay rates range from $15.00 - $17.50 plus $1.00 shift premium for 3rd shift.   Many shifts to choose from.  Weekend shift works 3 days, 36 hours per week and gets paid for 40 hours - $16.67-$20.25/hour.

Positions available include:

Injection Operator - Sets up, adjusts, and operates a press which injects wax into a die.
Set Up - Attach wax patterns to tree molds.
Wax Cleaner - Remove or repair any defects on wax patterns.

Sheller Trainee - Learn the process of coating wax tree/parts with slurry and stuccos to create a shell which metals may be poured into.  Patching wax tree/parts with slurry and stuccos.

Foundry Assistant - Assist Pourer in preparing and pouring castings.

Aftercast Cutoff Operator - Cut castings from trees using powered cutoff saw.  Manipulate tree/castings in such a manner to avoid damage to castings.

Aftercast Blaster - Remove shell material and discoloration on product manually by loading/unloading blasting equipment and/or operating hand-held blasting equipment.

Aftercast Knockout - Remove shell material from metal parts either manually or by placing in a machine.

Hot/Cold Straighteners - Straighten parts to dimension by use of a press and/or oven.

Process Inspection-Inspect metal parts; bench work involving the use of pneumatic tools to grind, blend, and deburr the parts.
Final Inspection-Inspect parts before shipment.
