In business for 45 years, Kovatch Castings is a manufacturer of precision investment metal castings produced to meet aerospace, military, defense, and commercial customer needs. Starting pay rates range from $15.00 - $17.50 plus $1.00 shift premium for 3rd shift. Many shifts to choose from. Weekend shift works 3 days, 36 hours per week and gets paid for 40 hours-$16.67-$20.25/hour.  EXPERIENCE ISN’T NEEDED for most positions - WE WILL TRAIN.

Positions available:

Foundry Assistant- Assist Pourer in preparing and pouring castings.

• 2-1st shift Mon-Friday, 8 hours-$17.50
• 2- 3rd shift Mon-Friday, 8 hours-$18.50

Aftercast Grinder-Grind gates from castings by operating a grinding machine.

• Weekend 1st shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:30am-5:30pm-$17.22

Aftercast Knockout-Remove shell material from metal parts either manually or by placing in a machine.

• 3rd shift Monday-Thursday, 8pm-06:30am, $17.50

Process Inspection-Inspect metal parts; bench work involving the use of pneumatic tools to grind, blend, and deburr the parts.

• 2-3rd shift Mon-Thurs 7pm-530am- $16.50, will train same hours Tues-Fri for min of 2 weeks
• 1st shift Mon-Thurs 7am-5:30pm- $15.50
• w/e 1st Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:30am-5:30pm-$17.22

NDT Trainee- Learn the process of inspecting, testing, or evaluating materials by performing Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing and Radiographic Testing.

• 1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, $15.00/hour

CNC Machinist

• 3rd shift Monday-Thursday 8pm-06:30am, pay rate dependent on experience

Maintenance Technician

• Weekend 3rd shift Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7pm-7am, pay rate dependent on experience
