Production Worker positions are available for first and second shifts in our corrugated packaging manufacturing plant located in Navarre, OH.  Our drug free workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity and teamwork.

Our work is performed  year round in a flexible, fast-paced production manufacturing environment and requires mechanical inclination, good shop math skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects and other physical demands. We run two shifts with first shift working Mon – Fri from 6:00 am – 2:30 pm and second shift working Mon – Thurs from 2:30 pm to 1:00 am. Current rates of pay range up to $18.89 per hour for experience and aptitude related to our equipment and processes.

Production positions require mechanical skills, heavy lifting and other physical demands, and experience working in production environments, where they worked with and around production related machinery. Individuals in these positions are running machines, reading factory orders, accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, loading, counting and stacking corrugated board and finished packaging, accurately reading and completing production and shipping documents and consistently following detailed directions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
• Frequently bend, squat, kneel, twist and turn
• The ability to consistently lift 35 to 50 pounds
• Lift and or push up to 75 to 100 pounds in the machine production and shipping areas
• Able to be Tow Motor certified
• The ability to respond quickly to sounds
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day

The Work Environment and Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to hot and cold temperatures, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. This position requires the ability to see and hear and also requires continuous standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and occasionally climbing during the shift.
