LSI Industries Inc., is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for our NE Ohio manufacturing facility. Ideal candidates will provide flawless project execution and high customer satisfaction while leading and implementing graphics and digital projects for national retail clients. Strong candidates will have proven leadership experience & self-motivation to make a positive, immediate impact for our clients and our business, while coordinating project activities with clients, sales, design, manufacturing, suppliers and subcontractors in conjunction with LSI’s strategic goals.

Qualified candidates will have proven experience in the following areas:

• Leading the planning and implementation of projects
• Developing project plans, including the definition of project scope, tasks, resource requirements, budget, schedules, goals and deliverables
• Serve as liaison for internal and external customers and suppliers by providing effective and efficient lines of communication
• Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Constant monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating installations on specified projects
• Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Monitoring team resource allocation and recommending adjustments to work flow and loads to meet sales volume and customer demands

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Ideal experience will include Project Management within the graphics/signage/fixture/building materials industries, with direct interactions with national retail clients
• Firm grasp of PM tools & techniques with understanding of manufacturing and inventory control systems
• Holds exceptionally high standards for customer satisfaction and perception, excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, organizational skills, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Awesome communication skills, both written and verbal, with all interested parties.
