Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements
- Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and develop solutions
- Monitor adherence to ODOT regulations and other relevant industry standards
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality assurance guidelines
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to perform accurate measurements and inspections
- Fabricate and maintain quality control samples for reference purposes
Skills:
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Understanding of quality control methodologies and techniques
- Knowledge of conducting quality inspections using various tools and equipment
- Thorough understanding of ODOT regulations and other applicable industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from quality standards
- Proficient in QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) procedures
