Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift and 3rd shift opportunities

We have an immediate position available for 2nd shift (3:30 pm to 11:30 pm)  for a QUALITY INSPECTOR.  This is a full- time position with medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits – and more!  Starting pay for press operator positions is $14.25 per hour, plus pay increases at 30 days, 6 months, 1 year and 5 years!!  Experience in Blow Molding processes and inspection preferred – however we do offer on the job training!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/DUTIES:

• Perform hourly inspections of random sample parts against Quality specifications
• Rejects out-of-specification parts, gauge parts
• Notify necessary personnel of rejected parts, reason for rejection and need for adjustments to part production
• Re-inspect and/or sort parts as needed
• Monitor quality in the Assembly Department

Requirements:

• Standing/walking – 90%
• Sitting – 10%
• Frequent reaching waist to shoulder and overhead level
• Lifting up to 40lbs on a regular basis
• Protective equipment worn: Safety glasses, hearing protection
• Push rolling cart throughout plant
• Operate small scale, computer, calipers, micrometers
