QA REGULATORY COORDINATOR

7AM - 3PM - Shifts   (must be available to work off shifts as needed) 

$22.00 - HOURLY RATE

The Quality Assurance Regulatory Coordinator completes food safety and quality documentation requested by customers, suppliers and internal management. Assists with managing supplier documentation and external audits. Creates and updates documents and perform annual reviews as needed. You will manage QA sample requests. Assist in cusomter complaint requests, preparing reports, agendas, minutes, tracking facility inspection and internal auditing program. Creating and updated training events and documents. Responsible to assist in external audits (SQF, FDA, Customer) and customer visits. Will also provide support with corrective action plan and close outs. Conducts monthly and annual internal audits. Other tasks may be assigned by QA Supervisor/Manager as needed. 

What you bring to the party:

• 2 years of experience in a quality assurance department
• Experience/Knowledge using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Computer Skills
• Knowledge of basic office equipment
• Able to do multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Data entry Knowledge
• Self-Motivation
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Willing and able to get along with others
• Good judgment and reasoning abilities
• Familiar with SQF. SQF Practitioner preffered
• HACCP certified preffered.
• Good attention to detail
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities consistent with the essential duties and responsibilities
