Real Estate Acquisition Specialist Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a passion for real estate in are multi-family property division, Crossroads Apartments. This individual would be responsible for seeking out opportunities for our team to purchase. The acquisition specialist will need to research, qualify, and uncover properties that meet our criteria. Develop a relationship with owners and operators who are open to offers and help us grow our multi-family portfolio. Training will be provided from sales to real estate evaluation.

24K base - With realistic 50k-70k first year income with commission.

Real Estate Acquisition Specialist Requirements:

• Research and qualify prospects
• Make a high volume of outbound calls
• Maintain continuous contact and cultivate leads
• Enter and track data in CRM
