This is a full-time administrative position that will support our regional team, including a regional team leader (Regional Extension Associate) and several Extension Educators. The person in this role will perform basic office functions, like creating and distributing marketing for programs, updating our social media accounts, data entry for programs and program participants, coordinating program registration, ordering office supplies and tracking shipments, maintaining order in our office, managing the flow of supplies in and out of the office, and more. This person will also, at times, go to events around the region with the Regional Extension Associate or an Extension Educator to provide on-site support for larger programs.
This position is eligible for full benefits, is part of the state OPERS retirement system, will have a bank of sick and vacation time, will have all federal holidays off, and there is some flexibility with work hours.

Location: Our office is located in the downtown Stark State College Satellite Building. You should expect to work on-site at the office or at another program site 2-3 days per week. You will provided with a hotspot and laptop and may work off-site/from home on other days, with approval from your supervisor.
