The Stuckey Family Interfaith Child Development Center is looking for a Resiliency Coach to work with our teachers, students, and families to improve social-emotional skills by developing intervention and coping strategies, establishing positive relationships, and making referrals to community services, when needed. The position will be funded for one year through the Greater Alliance Foundation in Alliance, Ohio and the coach will split his/her time between three local child care centers for a total of 32-36 hours per week. There is flexibility in scheduling for this position, so it could be either 4 or 5 days per week. Medical benefits and paid time off are available after a 60 day probationary period. Salary based on education & experience. Pay range is $16.00 to $20.00/hour.
