The Waikem Hyundai, KIA, Mitsubishi service center is in Stark County at 3710 Lincoln Way East, Massillon, Ohio 44646.  Stark County is a great place to raise a family that offers and incredible standard of living!

The Service Manager must be a strong leader with excellent management, customer service and communication skills. Key essential duties and skills include the following:

• Have exceptional computer skills, experience preferred with DealerTrack/Arkona.
• Effectively operate within factory websites and programs. 
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of advisors and technicians.
• Maintain above average CSI scores.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
• Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems and surveys.
• Work closely with the used car manager to expedite the recon process.
• Candidate should be looking for a long-term career…not just a job.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
• Keeps current with all training requirements and follows factory guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
