Job Summary

 This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and must work in coordination with co-workers to be effective. This position is primarily responsible for completing the job functions as listed below:

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Daily printing of orders; prioritization of order printing while ensuring warehouse staff has adequate and organized supply of orders to pick
• Processing orders for all completed orders; creating bills of lading
• Pick Up Requests; calling to notify carriers of daily volumes & pick-up requirements
• Assist Customer Service/Accounting by providing paperwork, tracking information, updates as needed or requested
• Direct carriers including directing trucks to proper shipping/receiving locations and dispatching proper staff to areas
• Order Containers per direction of Warehouse Manager
• Enter load numbers and routing information into Mapics as received by customers.
• Assist Warehouse Lead as needed
• Coordinate all aspects of logistical needs for Deflecto and their customers
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Complete all other duties as assigned
