Sr. Regulatory Analyst

Your seat at the table

Currently, seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Regulatory Team to perform a variety of regulatory tasks and procedures related to Nutritional Labeling, Graphic Compliance Review and 3rd. Party Certifications.  Tasks will include:

  • Assistance with Organic, Kosher, Gluten Free Certified, Non GMO Project Verified and other programs.
  • Provide support with labeling, claims, and product specifications to assure FDA regulatory compliance.
  • Provide regulatory input to Product Development partners.
  • Effectively communicate regulatory reasoning and appropriate recommendations on regulatory positions.
  • Participate in special projects and team meetings across the organization.

Perform other regulatory related assignments as needed

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Nutrition or related field is required.  At least 3-4 years of experience in regulatory compliance within food industry is required.  Familiarity in food law, regulations and claims is strongly preferred. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.  Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment.  The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.  The successful candidate will be  able to demonstrate a history of sound judgment and critical thinking in resolving previous workplace challenges.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required and experience with ESHA Genesis Nutritional Program is a plus.
