We are looking for a knowledgeable, self-reliant person to join our team.

Requirements Include:

• Degree in Accounting or Similar Combination of Education and Experience
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks Professional (QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus)
• Payroll Processing Experience
• Experience with Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Payroll Tax Returns
• Understanding of Local, State, and Federal Payroll Laws
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Health Insurance
• Knowledge of Compiling Year End Documents for Tax Accountant
• Knowledge of Depreciation and Tracking
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (creating and maintaining calculated spreadsheets)
• Experience in Month End Journal Entries and Bank Reconciliations
• Experience with Preparation and Analyzing Financial Statement Reports, Profit and Loss Reports and Balance Sheets

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to Work Independently and Efficiently
• Highly Organized and Deadline Oriented
• Ability to Meet Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Deadlines Without Oversite
• Daily Entering and Processing in QuickBooks including Deposits, Accounts Payables and Refunds
• Weekly Payroll Processing and Tracking (50+ Employees)
• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Payroll Return Processing
• Monthly Employee Benefit Tracking (Insurance, Simple IRA, Vacation)
• Monthly Journal Entries and Reconciling Bank Statements/Credit Cards, Balance Sheet, and Profit and Loss
• Yearly Budget Reporting with Management Oversite
