Koala Kruizers furnishes door-to-door personalized transportation service to children and senior citizens, giving them the freedom to maintain active, stimulating and independent lives in a safe and controlled manner.  Our professional staff provides a friendly and caring relationship with clients.

All clients shall receive specialized attention in the areas of communication, trip planning, appointment coordination and any physical assistance that might be required.  Employees shall be perceptive and sensitive to any specific requirements that might include, but is not limited to, assistance with canes, walkers, scooters, wheelchairs and direct escort services for children.  It is imperative that all clients maintain the highest level of comfort, security and satisfaction with our service.

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

 Summary:  Safely transports clients to various sites and locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:   Operation of a phone, light lifting associated with day to day operations, good communication skills, and ability to drive a vehicle.

Days and Hours: Typically Drivers are needed Monday-Friday, on occasion weekends, routes can start as early as 7am and finish around 5 pm.

Training Provided: All drivers will be provided training prior to driving on their own.  Training will consist of required standards, approved practices, CPR/First Aid, etc.

Education and/or Experience

Minimum of high school diploma or GED and Experience working in the transportation field is preferred.
